Dr. Rafael Ferritto

CEO & CSO

Dr. Rafael Ferritto is an organic chemist and drug discovery specialist with more than 13 years of experience in preclinical research at GSK and Eli Lilly. He holds a PhD in Organic Chemistry from the University of Lausanne and an Executive MBA from IE Business School. Founder and CEO & CSO of 4Ammonium Biotech, he combines expertise in medicinal chemistry, prodrug development and lead generation with experience building collaborative projects across industry, academia and biotechnology ventures.
